While you will find gear reviews and a few recommendations throughout the site, this section is dedicated to giving you my best, road-tested advice on various categories of products and services.
Keep in mind that some of my recommendations aren’t for top-of-the line items in the category as my focus with this site is ensuring that beginners have the tools and resources they need to be successful. This often means that affordability is an important factor.
